Due to a scheduling clash of the BJF Stars 2028 Entrance Test (21 December 2025) with the NDA preparatory course entrance examination at Khadur Sahib and Olympiad exams at certain locations, BJFI will conduct a Second Entrance test on Sunday, 1 February 2026 (reporting time: 9:00 am) only for those candidates who were not able to appear for Phase I Entrance Test on 21 December 2025. The eligibility criteria and test pattern will remain unchanged.

BJFI conducts two-year on-campus programme for students of the EWS category and those living in rural Punjab, facilitating their entry to IIT, NIT, IIIT, IISER and other prestigious science, engineering and medical colleges. Students are selected for this programme through rigorous screening tests and interview. They are admitted to CBSE-affiliated schools of Chandigarh and Mohali with 75-100% fee concession. Presently, two schools are associated with BJFI – Saint Soldier International School, Sector 28, Chandigarh for non-medical and Ajit Karam Singh International School (AKSIPS) Mohali for medical. Top teachers of Chandigarh provide regular coaching to these students for IIT JEE and medical entrance tests at the BJFI campus. All students are imparted free coaching. Concession in boarding, lodging and school fee is decided on the basis of their parents’ income. Separate hostel facility for boys and girls is provided at the campus.

Students will be selected through a Written Test followed by an Aptitude test, Social Awareness Interview & Parents' Interview. Priority will be given to the students belonging to rural areas and economically weaker sections. Deserving students will get upto 100% scholarship.

Selected students will be admitted to CBSE-affiliated reputed schools of Chandigarh for nonmedical stream and Mohali for medical stream. The schools provide considerable fee concession to deserving students. Very competent teachers will prepare these students for IIT-JEE and Medical entrance tests through regular coaching. Secure and modern hostel facilities (SEPARATE for boys and girls) are available on our premises.

Selected students will be given free coaching. Boarding & lodging charges & concession in school fees will depend on the parents’ income.

Around 83% of students trained under this programme (211 out of 253) succeeded in getting admission in top medical and engineering institutes of the country. Out of these, 29 got into IITs, 19 into IIITs, 11 into NITs, 4 at IISER and 39 secured admission in AIIMS and GMCs.
